What Personal Data does KMK Careers Collect?

How We Share Your Personal Data

Mobile Phone Numbers:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

OPT IN CONSENT: By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a message sent from us.

We may share information about you with affiliates, service providers, partners or other third parties as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  Sales of Personal Data

  In this section, we use the term ‘sell’ as it is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as may be supplemented by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). KMK Careers may compile Personal Data collected through the channels described in this Privacy Policy to create profiles of people and companies, which we call “Profiles”. Profiles are then made available to users of the Service. Further, we sell your Profile data to our customers and data partners (such as resellers and syndication partners), subject to your right to opt-out of these sales (see the “Your Privacy Rights” section below for information about how to opt-out).

  We may also share your information with advertisers in order to help provide our ads to you. The CCPA and CPRA considers this a “sale” and, because of this, we are required to disclose these types of transfers as “sales” of personal information.   Right to Access and Data Portability

  Exercising Your Privacy Rights
  To exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Data, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
